1. Kadence
“Create Beautifully Effective Websites with our WordPress Themes & Plugins” Together with its Kadence Blocks plugin you can build great sites without having to purchase Page Builders such as Elementor. Both the Kadence Theme and Kadence Blocks have a Free option which is a really quite powerful team.
The Membership suite which gives access to all themes and plugins released costs:
Yearly access $169 unlimited websites or
Lifetime access $599 unlimited websites

2. Divi
Divi claims to be The Most Popular WordPress Theme In The World And The Ultimate WordPress Page Builder. It probably does match that. This theme has great online presence in Facebook and Youtube. Each week the post a new template and How-To content.
Divi comes as a Theme and a Builder.

3. Astra
Astra claims to be the Most Popular Theme of All Time. It is offered as a free theme or purchase the Pro version for more features.
Astra Pro $59 / $523 (as at 1/7/2021 on special for $47/$249)
Essential Bundle $276 / $996 (as at 1/7/2021 on special for $169/$449)
This bundle includes either Elementor or Beaver Builder
4. Ocean WP
You can install OceanWP from the Themes page in the Appearance menu in WordPress. When activated it will be suggested that you also install three plugins: Ocean Extra, Elementor and WP Forms.
The Pro version comes with Annual or Lifetime prices – as at 1 July 2021
